I was teleported inside of a giant, metal sphere, about 1/4 a mile in diameter. The sphere was filled halfway with water, under which was an unknown “danger”. Suspended inside the sphere was a curving maze of scaffolding-like walkways, with no walls, and held aloft by beams from the sphere-walls, or wires from the ceiling. A group of other, unknown people were there with me, however unlike other miscellaneous dream-companions, each had strong individual character, and remained consistent and present throughout the dream.
Together we traversed the maze of twists turns, drops and jumps, to the center of the sphere, where we were transported to another identical spherical interior, with a slightly different arrangement in the maze. We progressed through several of these, helping each other along the way, until we reached a goal that I can’t recall. Possibly a switch to open the exit leaving the place.
Whatever the goal, we then knew we had to re-traverse the series of suspension mazes until finding the way out. We did this, always working together, and progressing towards our common goal while surviving the pitfalls and danger of the water below. Once we reached the exit of the final sphere, we knew we must part ways and would never see each other again, but had developed a bond similar to one you gain when experiencing a trial with others.
